Hill Biscuits reaches impressive milestone…
2025 sees Hill Biscuits celebrating a monumental 170 years of tradition and baking excellence.
Founded in 1855 by John and Sarah Hill, our company has grown from a small family-run business into one of the UK’s most trusted manufacturers of the nation’s favourite biscuits.
“Reaching 170 years is a tremendous achievement,” said Tracey Meadows, Commercial Director at Hill Biscuits.
“It’s a testament to the dedication of our team, the loyalty of our customers and the enduring appeal of a good biscuit. We’re proud of our heritage and equally excited about this year’s celebrations.”
To celebrate its rich heritage, Hill has launched a special exhibition at nearby Portland Basin Museum, running until September.
The exhibition showcases the company’s history, growth, and contribution to British biscuit culture.
In addition, to mark the occasion – limited edition anniversary packaging is being rolled out for two timeless classics, Custard Creams and Bourbon Finger Creams, a nostalgic nod to British tea-time traditions.
